We do not collect any personal information about you when you visit our website unless you provide that information to us. When you voluntarily submit information, it constitutes your consent to use the information for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
We do not save your password in our database in a format that can be read and we do not send your permanent password in email to you. If you forget your password, you’ll need to request a password reset and the temporary password will be sent to you in email. You’ll be forced to change your password at your first attempt to login after account creation and password reset.
Email submitted to PRTO is used to respond to your message only. If you provide any personal information, we do not use it for any purpose other than to respond to your request. "Personal information" includes social security, credit card and bank account numbers.
For site security purposes and to ensure that PRTO Web services remain available to all users, we monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, cause damage or access non-public information. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law.
Registered user accepts the responsibility for the online account established with PRTO and agrees that the use of online services will be performed in a professional manner. User may not share his or her user name and password with any other person. Each user must have his/ her own unique user name and password.
When filing documentation in support of applications or petitions, please take steps to protect all personal information. To protect your privacy, you should delete such information from any documentation that you send to the Office. Please provide credit card number only on the payment portion of the application.
